I have some answer for this My household wants me to go to them in delaware, im coming from Virginia. Im very Claustrophobic but not scared of driving by means of tunnels as long as I dont get stuck in a site visitors jam inside one. I have a little fear of big bridges but nothing at all significant. I also thank all the water about me when im driving over the bridge will scare me. But with all this stated I nevertheless wanna drive across. And all the men and women that say, “if you face your fears they will go away” thats not accurate, simply because I drive through tunnels everyday and im still Claustrophobic. Back to my question , is it safe tho given that im so scared. I mean what are the odds of me getting a panic attack or a seizure even though driving due to the fact im scared and nervous the whole time? I wouldn’t want to put others lives in danger.

But i have great answer for this problem like this.
