I have some answer for this and I clicked never show this box again. The problem is I was supposed to drag files to that box and now I can’t. The question is how can I drag the files I need since I clicked the box? Is there a way I can info or reset this device please help me so I can help my sister please give me a valid and truthful answer please oh Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
